Approach your journey with the right mindset and setting. I will also help you determine the appropriate substance and dosage to work with.

Personal Journaling Sessions

Throughout our work together, I'll encourage you to record your thoughts, feelings, and ahas in a customised personal journal I'll share with you.

Weekly Integration Sessions

Following your journey, we'll meet for one hour a week for the next four weeks to help you integrate your experience and create an action plan for the future.
